Exhibition
When does the Exhibition take place?
The Exhibition starts on April 9th and ends on April 11th, 2008.
How long does the Exhibition last?
The Exhibition lasts 3 (three) days.
Where will the event take place?
Expofarma Interphex will be held at the World Trade Center in the Mexico City. You will be able to access the exhibition by Filadelfia S/N, Col. Nápoles.
At what time will the Exposition be open to the public?
The exhibition will be open from 02:00pm to 21:00pm.
What is the cost of the entrance ticket to the exhibition?
The cost of the entrance ticket to the exhibition is US $19.-
Are babies or minors (under 18) allowed at the Exposition?
No. Minors, even though accompanied by an adult, ARE NOT ALLOWED at the Exhibition no matter the reason or circumstance.
Can the cost of the entrance ticket be paid by credit card?
No.
Conferences and Training Sessions
Will any Conferences and Training Sessions take place at the same time as the exhibition?
Yes, a Conferences and Training Sessionswill take place at the same time as the event.
How can conferences be bought?
You can download the Conferences and Training Sessions Registration Form from the website, fill it in and send it by fax to the number on the form. Once processed, you will recieve a confirmation trough your email.
¿Can the entrance cost be paid with Credit Card?
Yes. We accept American Express and Visa.
Registration
May I register now FREE OF CHARGE to the Exposition by internet?
Yes.
At what time will registration be available?
The On-site registration (at the exposition) will be available during the 3 days the exhibition will be open; from 01.30 pm to 8.30pm.
Do I have to pay entrance ticket if I have a SPECIAL INVITATION?
No.
In case I register in advance, do they send me the badge to the address I state?
No, in all cases BADGES must be withdrawn at the exposition itself. In your case, registering via internet, one week prior to the beginning of the Exhibition you will receive via e-mail an ID CODE, which you must carry printed in paper so that your badge is printed.
Is the SPECIAL INVITATION only valid for one person?
Yes.
Is it possible to have a photocopy of the SPECIAL INVITATION in order to give it to a colleague?
No.
Is it convenient to fill in the data of the SPECIAL INVITATION before arriving at the premises?
Yes, as you will avoid in this way queueing for long at the Registrations Area.

Where will the Exposition take place?
Expofarma Interphex 2008 will take place at the World Trade Center in Mexico City.
Which way or street does the entrance to the Exhibition stand?
The pedestrian access is by the street named Filadelfia S/N, Col. Nápoles.
Do the premises have accesses for handicapped people?
Yes.
Does the premise have a parking lot?
Yes. The parking lot is 264,000 Square Meters and has capacity for 3500 vehicles. There is access throughout the parking lot to the venue. There is also parking spaces for people with disabilities with closer access to the venue.
